Stay on your feet with our highly slip-resistant sole

The Fire Hunter Pro's athletic sole is highly heat and slip-resistant on slippery surfaces—even in cold weather. The dual-color sole offers high visibility in dark and smoky conditions and insulates your feet from hot and cold fire grounds. The Fire Hunter Pro is also EH-rated above the NFPA standard at 18kv.

With superior support, there's less chance of twisting an ankle when running or jumping off the fire truck. The integrated flex zones around your ankle guarantee more freedom of movement when climbing stairs, kneeling, and driving.

Fire Hunter Pro insoles do double duty while you're on the job. With outstanding moisture absorption and breathability, your feet will stay dry and comfortable no matter how hot the job gets. The added PU cushioning will have you feeling cushioned comfort with every step.

Breathable comfort with our Climate System

The Fire Hunter Pro features a temperature regulating Climate System that keeps feet warmer in winter and cooler in summer. With every step, fresh air filters in while moist air releases out through the vent holes at the top of the boot.

Your questions, our honest answers

Your Fire Hunter Pro boots can be retreaded and refurbished with original manufacturer soles, parts and materials through our Extended Wear program. To freshen your boots, replacement insoles can be purchased online at haixusa.com.

For Fire Hunter Pro, HAIX always recommends to follow our NFPA 1851 guidelines for routine and advanced inspection. Our step by step guide is here: haix.com/us/nfpa/. To clean boot, brush away any loose dirt with a stiff boot brush. Wash boots with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap. Air dry without forced heat. Once dry, polish boots with a silicone based polish. It is not recommended to use a wax base polish as it clogs the breathability of the leather.

The Fire Hunter Pro has a carbon composite toe cap which exceeds NFPA and ASTM testing requirements.

Fire Hunter Pro measures 14" when measured from the floor to the lowest part of the top line of the boot.

Fire Hunter Pro runs about a half size larger than your normal athletic shoe size. The width runs true to size and comes in either a narrow, medium, or wide width.

With the CROSSTECH inner liner, the Fire Hunter Pro offers protection from liquids, chemicals, and bloodborne pathogens. The boots are tested and certified according to NFPA 1990 (1992) standards for biopenetration.
